Refund Policy

Welcome to GHAI Studio, operated by Lv Qisheng. This Refund Policy governs sponsorships, token redemptions, and credit allocations made for our platform.

1. Sponsorships and Activation Tokens

We use third-party creator support platforms to process financial contributions. When you support our project, you may receive an activation token or have your account automatically credited via secure webhooks.

Because these transactions are processed by external creator platforms, the initial processing of your payment, related local taxes, and basic transaction inquiries are governed by that specific platform's terms.

2. Membership Cancellations

If you support us through a recurring monthly membership or sponsorship tier:

  • You can cancel your recurring sponsorship at any time through the creator platform's dashboard.
  • If you cancel, you will not be charged at the end of your current cycle.
  • You will retain full access to your tier's features and your allocated credits until the end of the paid period.

3. Refund Eligibility

Because AI text and image generation incurs immediate computing costs, we enforce specific usage limits for approving refunds. If you request a refund through us, we will process it via the creator platform subject to the following criteria:

3.1 One-Time Sponsorships (Credit Top-ups)

You are eligible for a full refund on a one-time sponsorship if you request it within 7 days of the transaction date (or token redemption date), provided that you have consumed less than 5% of the credits granted by that specific token or webhook event.

3.2 Recurring Memberships

You are eligible for a full refund of your current billing cycle's charge if you request it within 7 days of the charge date, provided that you have consumed less than 20% of the credits allocated to you for that billing cycle. You may request this refund even if you have accessed premium models, so long as your total credit consumption remains under the 20% threshold.

4. Technical and Account Consequences

If a refund is processed (either by your request or via a dispute on the creator platform):

  • Credit Deduction: The exact amount of credits granted by the refunded token or transaction will be immediately deducted from your GHAI account balance.
  • Negative Balances: If you have already consumed some credits and a refund is issued, this deduction may result in your account having a negative credit balance. You will not be able to generate further content until you sponsor us again to restore a positive balance.
  • Chargebacks & Disputes: We urge you to contact us directly to resolve any issues. Initiating a bank chargeback or payment dispute without contacting support first is considered a violation of our policies and may result in an immediate and permanent ban of your account.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us directly at support@ghai.studio.

Please include:

  1. The email address associated with your GHAI account.
  2. The email address used on the creator platform (if different).
  3. Your transaction ID or the Activation Token you used.

We will review your usage and, if eligible, issue the refund directly through the creator platform's dashboard.
